CARES Act for COVID-19

The Federal government has provided funds to help the local community with rental assistance. Effective May 1, 2020, if you have been affected by COVID-19 and need assistance paying rent, you can apply for rental assistance. To be eligible for this program, you must show proof of loss or reduced income due to COVID-19. Applicants must live within the city limits of the City of Bremerton and must show proof of income before COVID-19 along with any unemployment information. This program is for those whose income falls between 0% and 80% of medium income. Please see the combined annual income guidelines below:
