In our efforts to better our customer support, the Bremerton Housing Authority has implemented an electronic or Direct Deposit of rents. The authority is now processing payments to owners using a Direct Deposit method and is encouraging all owners to take advantage of this opportunity.
Landlords who want to begin direct deposit can do so by completing the Direct Deposit Sign-Up Form that we have included or download it from our Website.
Return the completed form along with a voided check from your checking or savings account, or have your bank complete section 3. Mail to:

Once the completed documents are received the direct deposit transaction will begin on the next scheduled check run.
Please remember that the transfer takes place on the first business day of the month. Your financial institution may take an extra day or more to apply the payment to your account. There will be no other mailings sent to you, but you can request emailed direct deposit statements. You may also look up the monthly Newsletter for important updates.
You will need to contact your financial institution for information regarding deposits to your account.
If you have a change of address, or account change, please resubmit the direct deposit form or notify us in writing if you wish to discontinue the direct deposit.
